Who handles ticket sales and payments?
Ticketing and payment processing are handled through 123 Tix, subject to its platform terms and conditions.
Can I use this for a free event?
Yes. Free events have no 123 Tix ticketing fee. Manage registrations and RSVPs for community events, workshops, open days and more.
Do I keep my customer data?
Yes. You retain your customer data so you can stay in touch with your ticket buyers, build your audience and invite them to your next event.
Can I sell tickets and check people in at the door?
Yes. Manage on-site ticket sales and scan QR codes for check-in. Digital and printed tickets are both supported.
Is there a subscription or lock-in contact?
Under 123 Tix’s standard pricing, there are no setup fees, ongoing monthly fees or lock-in contracts. Paid tickets are $1.00 per ticket plus a 1.47% card processing fee.
